Internet Resources
It is important to note that, while this list is far from exhaustive, it is intended to represent a meaningful compilation of websites dedicated to this topic. At present, I do not present a synopsis of each site. However, each site contains an enormous amount of material, some of which is duplicated on other sites as well. Many of the sites contain factual information, maps and photographs as well as other primary source documents, videographies, bibliographies, virtual tours, and numerous links to additional websites.
As with any subject area, it is the responsibility of the teacher to prepare oneself with the appropriate background information. Guidelines for teaching as presented at the USHMM site offer a great starting place for some and continual support for those more experienced. Please take the time to look at each site and see what it has to offer - some may be more or less appropriate as depends on your needs and level of experience.
